Hotel Desk Clerks

Job Description:   Hotel Desk Clerks greet and register guests, make room assignments, issue keys, explain room rates, describe and answer questions about the facilities, handle billing and room problems, take reservations, and provide information about activities in and around the hotel property. In smaller establishments Hotel Desk Clerks may be responsible for operating and switchboard, handling payments and maintaining hotel bookkeeping records.
